The following conditions qualify for treatment with medical marijuana in accordance with Florida’s Amendment 2

  • ALS (Lou Gehrig’s)
  • Cancer
  • Crohn’s Disease
  • Epilepsy
  • Glaucoma
  • HIV/AIDS
  • Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) *
  • Any Terminal Condition
  • Chronic Nonmalignant Pain **

* This condition requires psychiatric diagnosis.
** This condition requires documented pain lasting more than 3 months.

  • Essential Tremor (Kinetic)
  • Hepatitis C
  • Radiation Therapy Side Effects
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome
  • Muscular Dystrophy
  • Post-Polio Syndrome
  • Seizures
  • Spasticity
  • Tardive Dyskinesia
  • Ulcerative Colitis (UC)
